Cancellation and Returns

At Zarlorstyles Gift Shop, we put care into every order to ensure it arrives just right. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or issues may arise. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so cancellations are time-sensitive.

  • Orders can only be canceled within [2–4 hours] of placing them
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately using our support details

2. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of gift items, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized gifts
  • Perishable items (if applicable)
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

4. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact us within the stated timeframe
  2. Provide your order details and clear evidence (photos/videos)
  3. Our team will review and guide you on the next steps

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is reviewed and approved:

  • You may receive a replacement item, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within [3–7 business days].

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Recipient unavailable

Redelivery may attract an additional fee. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
